Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders for Lifelong Success

Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) is a youth enrichment program for minority high school students, locally coordinated by the Student Affairs Committee of the National Black MBA Association – Boston Chapter. The program is designed to strengthen students’ leadership, academic, and interpersonal skills, providing a strong foundation for success in both their personal and professional lives. LOT programming features interactive workshops, seminars, case studies, and structured mentorship experiences.


  • Participants: High School Students (9-12)
  • Program Date: September - May
  • Modality: In-person / Virtual
  • Student Member Fee: $25 annual
